1) Their employees are free to have fun at work. This is not a package of decorations sent down from Corporate.
2) Their employees care enough about their workplace to take the time to make and put up home-made decorations.
3) Their brand is about fun, freedom, and customer service. I’d say they are living that brand every time I fly.
So now for the hard questions: Are your museum’s employees empowered to live your brand? Are they free to have fun at work? Do they even know how to describe your brand?
