We strive to make our products both excellent and affordable. If you cannot afford a class, please contact us so that we can work with you to meet your needs. LIVE WEBINARS
I don't understand how to attend a live webinar.
Download the instruction sheet. It should answer your questions.
I'm not sure whether my firewall at work will allow me to attend a live webinar.
Download the instruction sheet and make sure you have the latest version of Flash and your browser installed. Internet Explorer 6 is NOT compatible with the webinar system. Another option is to attend the webinar using a laptop and WiFi outside your workplace.
We have a dial-up connection at work. Can we still attend a live webinar?
Either your video will not load at all or be very spotty. But you can call into the conference call and still hear our audio (although you can't ask questions). If you have access to a laptop and WiFi, try that instead. You'll have a better experience if you can see the video.
If you have an IT department, please check with them to make sure you can add a browser, for help downloading Flash, or for assistance.

Sound:
If you do not have speakers on your computer, call into the conference call for the audio (you cannot ask questions: the conference call is the audio feed from our broadcast only). If your video drops out or freezes you can call in to get the audio.
I had technical problems with a live webinar and didn't have a good experience.
Contact us for a full refund, free download of the class (if available), or to transfer your registration to another class.
PURCHASING DOWNLOADS
I'm trying to purchase a download and am getting the following error message: Unable to process payment. Please contact the merchant as the shipping address provided by the merchant doesn't match and the merchant has requested that your order must be shipped to that address.
This problem is caused by your city and zip code not matching PayPal's records. Go to this page and put your zip code in the "Reverse ZIP Code Lookup" box. Then use that city name in your Experienceology account, and try your order again. If you aren't able to change your account information, please contact us and we'll update your account for you.
I'm trying to purchase a download while using a coupon and it's not discounting my order.
You won't actually see the discounted amount until Step 3 of the checkout process (Order Review). But right after you input the coupon code, you should see a message in green at the top of shopping cart that says "Coupon code XXX was applied successfully."
I'm getting a coupon error message.
If you are getting an error message in red that says "Coupon code XXX is not valid", please note that coupon codes are case-sensitive and must match exactly. If you feel you are typing it correctly, then your coupon may have expired. Please contact us and we'll see if there is an up-to-date coupon we can offer you.
I want to purchase using a credit card; I don't have a PayPal account.
No problem. Just follow the steps in the checkout process. When you get to the PayPal screen, look on the left side of the page towards the bottom where it says "Don't have a PayPal account?" for the small credit card icons. There's a link that says "Continue." Click it; it will take you to a credit card payment screen. (Note: Clicking the credit card icons doesn't work. You need to click the link.)
I've purchased a download and can't figure out how to download it; I can only watch it in my browser.
If you are watching in the Firefox browser, choose File, Save Page As, then choose the location you want the movie saved to (usually your desktop). It will save it as a QuickTime Movie, so you need to have QuickTime installed to view it. You can download the newest version of Quicktime (for Mac or PC) here: http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/
If you are watching it in the Safari browser (for Mac), you cannot save it to your desktop.
If you are watching it in Internet Explorer, there will be a LONG pause while the movie is loading. (If you look at the bottom of your browser frame, it will tell you how far along it is in the loading process.) Once it has loaded, Click File, Save As and then choose where you want the file to be saved. Again, you will need QuickTime on your computer to watch the file.
I've started watching a download in my browser and I can't see the whole movie (it's too big for the window).
Choose Window, Zoom (sometimes it's View, Zoom) and Zoom out until the movie fits into your screen properly.
What is a browser?
A browser is the software you use for visiting websites on the Internet. Each browser is a little different. By default, all PC users start with Internet Explorer. It's the least effective of all the browsers (slowest, and crashes the most). If you're comfortable downloading and installing software, download a much better browser called Firefox or try Google's new browser called Chrome for PCs.
How to download a better browser than Internet Explorer:
Go to http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all.html to download Firefox for free. You will then open Firefox and it will take you onto the Internet. You'll want to use Firefox to purchase your classes (or at least to visit my website and log in) so that the class link opens in Firefox.
I've saved the movie to my computer but I can't open it.
The software you need to view the movies once they've been downloaded to your computer is called Quicktime.
You can download the newest version of Quicktime (for Mac or PC) here: http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/
